Jet tender specialist, Williams Jet Tenders, has named Aiden May as its new lead exterior designer.  May joins the design and engineering department and will be responsible for the design and technical foundations of exterior design across the range, as well as new products in development.

May says he is delighted to join the team following three years at Fairline Yachts as custom & current model designer. He previously completed an automotive and transportation design degree at Coventry University, where he gained a first-class honours.

Founded in 2004, Williams Jet Tenders has an 80,000 sq ft purpose-built facility in Oxfordshire. The company designed and developed the world’s first four-stroke jet and turbojet range of tenders nearly 20 years ago and now offers 17 models in six ranges.

May says: “For nearly 20 years, Williams has produced class-leading tenders and I am excited to continue this legacy with our fantastic and expanding team. I look forward to the company’s bright future and am eager to help lead the team as we build upon our storied history thus far.”

Oliver Browne, head of product development at Williams Jet Tenders, says: “Aiden joins us at an important and exciting time as Williams gears up for the launch of more exciting and class-leading products in the jet tender market. He brings with him a strong understanding of production motor yacht design and manufacturing techniques, and I’m excited to welcome him to our technical department.”
