Universal Yachting has announced its participation in the Southampton International Boat Show, from 13 to 22 September. This year, Universal Yachting will showcase three exceptional models from Dufour Yachts: The Dufour 37, the Dufour 41, and the highly anticipated UK debut of the new Dufour 44. Additionally, visitors will have the chance to learn about the innovative SMART electric propulsion system.

This year marks the UK debut of the Dufour SMART electric propulsion system which will be on show at the Universal Yachting stand. This “Smart Electric” solution is a notable advancement in marine propulsion technology and includes a hybrid electric motor powered by lithium-ion iron phosphate batteries and/or a generator. This hybrid system offers the ability to enjoy longer passages, greater freedom, as well as added security with a third source of propulsion.
