Plan a day out on Sunday 7th July to celebrate the past and examine classic cars, yachts and motorboats on The Parade in Cowes.  There will be displays by famous aircraft and yachts and free entertainment surrounded by a food stall and the many pubs, clubs and restaurants in Cowes.

Nearly 60 classic cars spanning over 8 decades will be taking part including a 1932 Rolls Royce a glorious 2007 Aston Martin, and a recreation of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.  Fascinating yachts and motorboats will be moored on Trinity Landing. Meet the owners and explore their stories, and join in the “People’s Choice” – nominate your favourites and receive a special discount at selected shops in Cowes.

Throughout the day you can enjoy a Harley Davison motorbike drive past, live music from Harriet Jane, a classic-era fairground arcade machine a Spitfire display and a high-speed WW2 Motor Gun Boat sail past.

Visitors will enjoy this special day in the heart of Cowes supported by Cowes Town Council and organised by the Royal London Yacht Club.  You can find out more at https://www.cowesclassicsweek.org/classicsday
