Brookyln Marina up for auction following bankruptcy
One°15 Brooklyn Marina, located in Brooklyn Bridge Park, is up for auction this week.
In October 2024, MIN reported that the owners of One°15 Brooklyn Marina had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, citing insurmountable debt.
The property at Pier 5 in Brooklyn Bridge Park is now for sale through AuctionAdvisors, with qualifying bids due today (2 December) by 4pm eastern standard time (EST).
The property will be auctioned on 4 December at 4pm (EST). The minimum bid is set at $2.4 million.
The 7.5-acre marina boasts over 100 slips, can accommodate vessels up to 300ft (91 metres) and offers access to New York Harbour.
According to the advisors, the marina features a well-established sail club and school, equipped with the newest fleet in NY Harbour and has 150 members. Additionally, there’s a bakery, plus a full-service restaurant and bar with seating for 130 indoors and 80 on the outdoor deck.
