There’s an open invitation to The Right Royal Regatta and Fireworks at Warsash Sailing Club on Bank Holiday Weekend, August 26th and 27th.
Come and enter a race with your yacht, dinghy, tender or paddleboard. It’s fun for all the family, why not try the rowing in rigid tenders and rubber dinghies? There’s even an on-water egg and spoon race.
Visiting crews are welcome at Warsash SC for food, drink and to watch the antics. There’s a limited amount of berthing for yachts and RIBs on a first come first served basis from the Harbour Master.
Known as the Swanwick, Bursledon & Warsash Regatta this much-loved event is still going strong after more than 100 years.
Everyone is welcome to come in fancy dress – bring on the crowns and tiaras – and there are prizes in the Kids’ Fancy Dress Parade.
Creative types are encouraged to join in with the Water Carnival. Bring a dinghy hull or home-built raft decorated with a Royal theme!
The Firework display will go off with a bang at 21.00 on the Saturday night!
